"The fresh meat quality" one of the most important guiding principles in the company Rudolf Jöbstl. This principles determines our actions, by selection of the raw materials, as well as in all production steps. This guarantees our customers products with the highest quality and freshness.

  

FRESHNESS 

The key to freshness are optimized and short work coupled with short, internal production routes. Thus, the slaughtering, cutting and packaging in the company Rudolf Jöbstl under one roof.  

On average 95% of the decomposed product is already on the same day and picked by our vehicle fleet to our customers is delivered.

Origin of our animals 

The origin of the animals is in itself decisive for the quality of the products. Thanks to our favourable location in the middle of an outstanding pig-farming area, our main catchment area is restricted to a radius of only 30 km. Short animal transportation routes are therefore guaranteed. The quality of our products benefits from this, short routes for the transportation of animals are, however, also important for the welfare of the animals.

Biggest Company with the Stamp of Approval

The Jöbstl company is the largest slaughterhouse with the AMA stamp of approval in Austria. The AMA stamp of approval is a label programm of Agrarmarkt Austria (agricultural market) with strong guidelines for farmers, processors and trade.

AMA certification is a great distinction in itself, which alongside the quantity achieved is a vindication of our work.
